Engineering the GTM data layer and automation infrastructure for a Series B compliance SaaS targeting enterprise buyers.
Truv is a Series B verification and compliance SaaS company that needed GTM infrastructure built from scratch. The product is technically complex (income and employment verification for financial services) and the existing marketing stack had no CRM architecture, no automation pipelines, and no data layer connecting activity to pipeline.
The bottleneck wasn't strategy or messaging. It was infrastructure. Without a proper CRM schema, lead routing logic, and attribution model, every campaign was a manual lift and every report was a guess. Build the systems first, and pipeline generation becomes a repeatable, measurable process.
Architected the CRM data model with HubSpot custom objects and calculated properties. Built automation pipelines for lead routing, lifecycle management, and enrichment via Clay and Pipedream. Deployed AI-powered outreach tools using OpenAI and Claude APIs. Wired up BigQuery and ClickHouse for attribution and pipeline analytics. Connected SmartLead, Knock, and SendGrid for multi-channel orchestration.
Significant pipeline growth with dramatically reduced manual work. Eliminated manual lead routing entirely. Built an auditable attribution layer for revenue forecasting. The GTM infrastructure now compounds: every workflow improves targeting accuracy, every integration reduces operational overhead, and every automation frees hours per week for strategic work.
